Cartoon picture humor is always instantly copyrighted and owned by the creator, illustrator or cartoonist who created it and the rights are only transferred upon signing of a negotiatble contract between the cartoon creator or illustrator and the company using the cartoon picture. Cartoons are very identifiable with products and cartoon character design is widely used in most fields where cartoon pictures lend themselves for keeping a person's attention or drawing their attention to a product or service. Cartoon pictures are embedded into the memories of many vendors and buyers of most commercial products ranging from food to clothing to any other form of professional advertising in print, online or other visual mediums.

I think that humor is a great relief from the trials of the day. More webmasters should use some humor to break the Sell, Sell, Sell that they are promoting.
